About The Position

Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group (NMRMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) nocturnist hospitalist to join their team of 23 hospitalist physicians. This role will primarily serve at NM Valley West Hospital in Sandwich, IL, with hospital privileges also at NM Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb, IL. The position involves full-time nights within a 24/7 in-house program. NMRMG is a physician-led medical group that emphasizes physician leadership, wellness, and work-life balance, leading to exceptional physician satisfaction and retention rates. The DeKalb County community is described as a warm, vibrant city with suburban sophistication, offering four seasons of recreation, arts, and entertainment.
