Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
- Current FL state license is a plus.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
- Familiarity with a 200-bed facility with a 20-bed closed ICU.
- Experience managing an annual volume of 36,500.
- Ability to work in a 200-bed facility with a 20-bed closed ICU.
Responsibilities
- Provide hospital medicine care to patients.
- Manage patient encounters with a target of 18-20 per day and 10-14 per night.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Contribute to a "culture of brilliance" focused on team accomplishments and shared purpose.
- Participate in initiatives to transform healthcare and improve lives.
