About The Position
Gould Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician to join their team in Modesto, CA. This position offers a starting base salary of $600,000 with a salary guarantee, RVU bonus potential during the guarantee period, and an RVU-based compensation model starting in year two. A sign-on bonus and fellowship stipend are available. The role includes the opportunity to teach and mentor internal medicine residents at a local hospital residency program. The work week is 4 1/2 days. The practice provides onsite/local support from Radiation Oncologists, Breast Surgeons, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a financial navigator, and a cancer navigator. It is a multi-specialty location with lab, urgent care, and radiology on-site. The group is stable and growing, utilizing Epic as their EHR.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
- Physician licensed in California.

Responsibilities
- Provide Hematology/Oncology care to patients.
