Physician: Hematology & Medical Oncology Opportunity – DeKalb, IL
About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Hematologist Oncologist to join their team at the NM Kishwaukee Cancer Center in DeKalb, IL. This practice is part of the Northwestern Medicine network of hospitals serving the Chicagoland area. This opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding environment with opportunities for program development, access to a robust clinical trials program, and academic/professional development through Northwestern University and the Robert H Lurie Cancer Center. You will collaborate with highly-skilled board-certified medical and radiation oncologists, surgical subspecialists, and a dedicated team of oncology nurses, navigators, clinical research staff, social workers, and genetic counselors.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Hematology Oncology.
Responsibilities
- Provide care as a BE/BC Hematologist Oncologist.
- Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, surgical subspecialists, and support staff.
- Participate in program development locally and within the Northwestern Medicine network.
- Engage in academic and professional development opportunities.
- Support a robust clinical trials program.
