About The Position

WVUHS Medical Group seeks a General Surgeon at Grant Memorial Hospital. The successful candidate will practice general surgery at the primary location in Petersburg, West Virginia. Grant Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving a multi-county area and offering a range of healthcare services, including emergency, surgical, orthopedic, podiatry, cancer, primary care, wound care, and birthing services.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible for a state medical license.
• Completion of a general surgery residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in general surgery.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
