About The Position
Virtua Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Neurologist to join our growing Neurosciences team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered neurological care within a collaborative, academically aligned health system serving communities throughout South Jersey. As part of Virtua Medical Group, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to advancing neurological care and improving patient outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join our expanding outpatient neurology practice. This position offers the opportunity to care for a broad spectrum of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting while collaborating closely with subspecialty neurologists. Through our partnership with Penn Medicine, the Virtua Neurosciences Program brings together nationally recognized neurologists, neurosurgeons, and specialty teams to deliver advanced, evidence-based care throughout South Jersey. The Virtua Neurosciences Program is recognized by the American Heart Association, American Stroke Association, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (Blue Distinction Plus for Spine Surgery), as well as the State of New Jersey.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological care in an outpatient neurology practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary neuroscience team including neurohospitalists, neurosurgeons, neurocritical care specialists, and subspecialty neurologists.
- Participate in the continued growth and development of Virtua’s Neurosciences Program.
