Physician Fellow - Ultrasound Fellowship - Desert Regional Medical Center
About The Position
Vituity is seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates for a one (1) year ultrasound fellowship, available for the 2026-2027 academic year. This fellowship is designed to bolster ultrasound skills and includes dedicated hours for image acquisition, interpretation, and clinical integration at Riverside Community Hospital. Participants will also engage in local, regional, national, and international ultrasound courses and gain exposure to leadership at all levels. The fellowship is based at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California, a 400-bed facility with a 33-bed Emergency Department, serving as a Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center with an annual volume of 70,000.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program required.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Able to obtain a CA state medical license.
- Interest in ultrasound education.
