Physician Fellow - Ultrasound Fellowship
About The Position
Vituity is seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with a strong interest in bolstering their ultrasound skills for a one (1) year ultrasound fellowship, available for the 2026-2027 academic year. This program includes dedicated hours to image acquisition, interpretation, and clinical integration at Riverside Community Hospital. Fellows will also participate in local, regional, national, and international ultrasound courses and gain exposure to leadership at all levels. The fellowship is based at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California, a 400-bed facility with a 33-bed Emergency Department that serves as a Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center, with an annual volume of 70,000. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians, offering autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program required.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Able to obtain a CA state medical license.
- Interest in ultrasound education.
