With ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, a Mobile Health Unit, and in-house Pharmacy services (select locations), we offer primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to community-based patient populations throughout Indiana that are diverse in age, educational background, and income level. Physician will split duties between our IHC Owen County (Spencer) and IHC Bedford clinics.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.

  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary medical care to community-based patient populations.
  • Collaborate with integrated behavioral health services.
  • Participate in a team-based collaborative care model.
