About The Position

Join a forward-thinking clinic known for its strong team dynamics and low turnover. Our team often pilots innovative programs and enjoys socializing outside of work. We seek a dedicated team player who aims to build a robust practice while maintaining work-life balance. Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus! Experience the "small clinic" feel with 2 MDs and 3 APPs, expanding to include 2 more MDs. Enjoy a diverse patient mix of young/old and urban/rural backgrounds. Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management. In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.

Requirements

• BC/BE Family Practice
• OB Optional
