PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (0.6-1.0 FTE) - Duluth, MN (Proctor)
About The Position
Join a forward-thinking clinic known for its strong team dynamics and low turnover. Our team often pilots innovative programs and enjoys socializing outside of work. We seek a dedicated team player who aims to build a robust practice while maintaining work-life balance. Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus! Experience the "small clinic" feel with 2 MDs and 3 APPs, expanding to include 2 more MDs. Enjoy a diverse patient mix of young/old and urban/rural backgrounds. The anticipated weekly schedule is Monday to Friday, with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM. Providers' schedules vary, with a 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours. Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management. Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.
Requirements
- BC/BE Family Practice
- OB Optional
- Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus!
