About The Position
This position offers a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with paneled patient needs. It includes virtual in-basket support, collaborative relationships with specialists, and a robust onboarding and mentorship program. The role offers flexibility in schedule with 4-day work weeks for full-time positions and part-time opportunities available, with flexible patient visit durations. Remote video visits from home are possible. Physician call is light, entirely virtual, and screened by RNs, NPs, and PAs initially. There are abundant opportunities for leadership and committee work, with active promotion of quality improvement projects. Responsibilities
- Support physicians with paneled patient needs through a team-based care approach with NPs and PAs.
- Provide virtual in-basket support.

Benefits
- Starting salary $280,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
