About The Position

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Glen Ellyn, IL, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment. Join a team of 8 Family Medicine Physicians and 1 APP. Clinic hours are Monday 8 AM – 7 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM; Wednesday 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday 8 AM – 4 PM. Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 8 weeks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals. Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital. Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services. Nurse and certified medical assistant support. EPIC electronic health system.

Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
