Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to practice in Show Low, Arizona. Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Possess a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt) before hire date or transfer date, with the card to be received within 30 days of hire/transfer.
- Undergo pre-employment drug testing and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing.
- Obtain and maintain vaccination status (recommended by CDC and/or other public health agencies), including Influenza vaccination (subject to exemptions and accommodations).
