About The Position
Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to practice in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Providers will serve a growing and vibrant community, practicing at the top of their license with strong patient demand, professional autonomy, and the ability to build lasting relationships. The role offers rewarding, patient-centered medicine in a dynamic setting. Requirements
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
- Must have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card or fingerprint receipt before hire date or transfer date.
- Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card must be received within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
- Undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing.
- Obtain and maintain vaccination status (i.e., as recommended by CDC and/or other public health agencies) to include an Influenza vaccination (subject to exemptions and accommodations when required by law).
