About The Position

Hennepin Healthcare (HHS) seeks a Family Medicine Physician to care for patients at our clinic in Golden Valley, MN. The Golden Valley Clinic offers primary care and specialty services, allowing providers to fulfill the core mission of Hennepin Healthcare in a suburban setting with a diverse patient population. This opportunity accommodates physicians seeking either a full-time or part-time position (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) and includes a generous benefits package. Academic appointments may be available. The Family Medicine department provides comprehensive services across 7 clinic locations, serving a diverse patient population. We welcome physicians committed to quality patient care reflecting values of dignity, compassion, cultural respect, and service.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Minnesota or be eligible for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• If Board Eligible, must be Board Certified within 4 years from the date of completion of the applicable residency, fellowship or training program.
• Current DEA certificate or be eligible for certificate.

• Academic appointments commensurate with the University of Minnesota Medical School criteria may be available.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients at the Golden Valley Clinic.
• Provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis, and disease management.
• Practice full spectrum Family Medicine.
• Utilize virtual care and EMR (EPIC and Care Everywhere).
