About The Position
Premier Community HealthCare Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to individuals and families in its community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Premier supports prevention, treatment, and continuity of care. The physician will care for patients across age groups and work with a dedicated, multidisciplinary Care Team to improve community health and access to care.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current Florida MD or DO license.
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification and complete required annual compliance training.
Nice To Haves
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Three years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care, including preventive services and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients about wellness, disease prevention, and health management.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with providers and clinical team members.
- Supervise assigned APRNs and PAs, including chart review and clinical guidance.
- Maintain timely, accurate patient documentation and participate in an after-hours call rotation.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and Premier’s community health mission.
