About The Position

A healthcare facility in Caro, Michigan, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage and help address a recruitment gap. The patient population is approximately 90% adult and geriatric and 10% pediatric, with an average of 15–20 patients per day. The physician will work collaboratively with Medical Assistants and a Receptionist and have access to in-building diagnostic imaging and point-of-care testing services.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with participation in after-hours call on a rotating basis. Local candidates are preferred. Candidates should note their availability when their name is cleared. A copy of an NPDB self-query is required within 30 days for presentation.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine is required; Internal Medicine specialists may also be considered.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• An active Michigan medical license is required; candidates applying for licensure may also be considered.
• A copy of an NPDB self-query is required within 30 days for presentation.
• Candidates should provide their availability when their name is cleared.
