About The Position
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity for a Family Medicine physician in Ada, MN. The role involves a variety of medical practices including Primary Care Clinic, Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine, and Nursing Home care. The physician will partner with and lead a team of 3 experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians, with opportunities for leadership development, mentoring, and consulting. The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team, utilizing Essentia Care Processes to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care. The position offers practice variety, a well-respected community relationship, and an exceptional practice setting on a beautiful campus. A portion of the FTE is dedicated to leadership. ER call is negotiable.

Responsibilities
- Partner with and lead a team of 3 experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Develop leadership skills through mentoring and consulting with team members.
- Work as a leader of a Care Team utilizing Essentia Care Processes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare members to achieve patient care objectives.
- Provide continuity of care for patients and families.
- Engage in Primary Care Clinic, Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine, and Nursing Home care.
