About The Position
Community Physician Network seeks a compassionate BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our practice located Noblesville, Indiana. This opportunity includes: Outpatient only, Epic EMR, Pavilion setting that includes internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, endocrinology, bariatrics, cardiology, ob/gyn, rheumatology, urgent care, and physical therapy. Ancillary support services available (behavioral health, pharmacy, dietician, care navigation). Shared call schedule.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician.
- Participate in a shared call schedule.
