About The Position
Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to practice in Payson, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a close-knit community, providing meaningful patient care with high patient demand, strong professional autonomy, and rewarding patient relationships. The position is located in an area with cooler temperatures, pine forests, and outdoor adventure, offering a work-life balance and community connection, while being just 90 minutes from Phoenix.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Requires a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (AZ employees)
- Must undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing
- Employees in positions holding responsibility for the safety and welfare of others will also be classified as safety sensitive.
