About The Position

Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a Physician specializing in Family Medicine to join their dedicated clinic team. This role offers an attractive total compensation package and comprehensive benefits. The position is located in Payson and focuses on Family Medicine.

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Must obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt) before hire date, with the card to be received within 30 days of hire.
Undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing.
Employees in positions holding responsibility for the safety and welfare of others will also be classified as safety sensitive.

Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.

Provide patient care as a Physician in Family Medicine.
