Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to practice with purpose while enjoying small-town mountain living in Williams, Arizona. Requirements
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Possess a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt before hire date, card within 30 days)
- Undergo pre-employment drug testing and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing.
- Obtain and maintain vaccination status (as recommended by CDC and/or other public health agencies) including Influenza vaccination, subject to exemptions and accommodations.

Responsibilities

- Starting base salary of $225,000 annually
