About The Position

Corewell Health South is seeking a full-time family medicine physician to join their growing team of primary care providers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving and busy practice in St. Joseph, Michigan. The team currently consists of one physician and two APPs. Typical appointments include acutes, follow-ups, physical exams, new patients, pediatric care, new problems, video visits, and pap and pelvic exams. The position utilizes Epic EHR with fluency dictation available. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with call responsibilities of 1:8, from Friday 5pm to Monday 8am. There is an opportunity to work with residents and medical students. This role qualifies for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, offering up to $100,000 for three years of full-time service. Corewell Health South is a teaching hospital with residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine, and hosts medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Central Michigan University College of Medicine. Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Full-time availability.
• Fluency in dictation.

Responsibilities
