Requirements

Illinois Medical License or License Pending
Completed a Family Medicine residency
Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

Development of a clinical practice.
A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
Participation in weekend and weekday call.
Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
