About The Position

The West Virginia University School of Medicine - Eastern Division seeks a Family Medicine Physician for an Outpatient Only Position. The successful candidate will practice at Magnolia Clinic in Martinsburg, WV. Duties include practicing in the areas of Family Medicine and actively teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Martinsburg, WV is located in the Eastern Panhandle, offering a rural atmosphere with easy access to Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD. The WVU Health System is the state's largest health system and largest private employer, comprising 18 hospitals and numerous institutes.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• State medical license and DEA registration required by start date.
• Completed a Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certified / eligible in Family Medicine.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of the appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Family Medicine.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
