Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD or DO degree
• Ability to obtain Indiana medical license
• Ability to obtain DEA registration

Nice To Haves

• Experience building long-term relationships with patients and families
• Interest in APP supervision

Responsibilities

• 4-day clinical schedule
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (if interested)
• Collaborate with a supportive team environment, including Advanced Practice Providers
