About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Indianapolis on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The interested candidate will be joining an established practice with a skilled provider team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist
• Doctorate
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Outpatient and inpatient coverage
• Anticipated outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day
• Anticipated inpatient volume varies based on consultations
• Shared call expectation of 1:6
• Cover inpatient rounding every 6th week
• Support one of our outreach locations which include- Mooresville, Plainfield, Columbus, Greenwood, Greencastle, Stones Crossing or Carmel
