About The Position

Ochsner Health System in New Orleans is seeking BC/BE ENDOCRINOLOGISTS with an interest in treating patients with pituitary disease and/or endocrine malignancies and endocrine complications related to cancer or cancer therapy. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to participate in a dedicated subspecialty multidisciplinary team and to join our team of eight Endocrinologists and eight Advanced Practice Clinicians. Salary will be commensurate with training and experience.

Requirements

BC/BE ENDOCRINOLOGISTS
Interest in treating patients with pituitary disease and/or endocrine malignancies and endocrine complications related to cancer or cancer therapy.

Responsibilities

Treating patients with pituitary disease and/or endocrine malignancies and endocrine complications related to cancer or cancer therapy.
Participate in a dedicated subspecialty multidisciplinary team.
Serving as investigator on clinic trials.
US guided thyroid FNAs, as well as CGMS, Thyroid US and Bone Density interpretation.
Mentoring of our four endocrinology fellows, as well as internal medicine residents and medical students on rotation.
