About The Position

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes. Requirements

BE/BC in Endocrinology
Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
