The specific opportunity is at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. This is a critical care hospital and ER offering advanced specialty care services. It is designated as a Level II Trauma Center, EDAP, Primary Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center. The Emergency Department has 35 beds and serves an urban population mix, with an annual volume of 52,000 and an 18-20% admit rate. The hospital provides a full roster of sub-specialty backup and is Magnet-recognized by the American Nursing Credentialing Center, ranking in the top 7% of all U.S. Hospitals for nursing excellence.
