About The Position

Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to work at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. This rural critical access hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center with 20 beds, including an 8-bed Emergency Department. The department serves patients from pediatric through geriatric age groups and has an annual volume of 6,000 visits.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Physicians participate in the partnership from day one, with equity ownership, profit distributions, financial transparency, and local practice autonomy. The organization provides national support and career development opportunities.

The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed this range. Compensation for part-time and per-diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

Oconto Falls is a small town in northeastern Wisconsin along the Oconto River, with nearby outdoor recreation, a close-knit community, and driving access to Green Bay.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
