About The Position

Vituity is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to work at Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Ohio. Memorial Hospital is a 48-bed hospital with a 15-bed Emergency Department, a cath lab, and a tele-neuro program with Ohio State for stroke care. The Emergency Department has an annual volume of about 20,000, a 15% admit rate, and a 3–4% transfer rate. The practice uses Epic EMR and has an experienced core group supported by hospital administration.

Physicians participate in the partnership model from day one. The role offers an estimated annual base compensation of $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience; total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range.
