About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Diagnostic Radiology physician to provide coverage across all Emanate Health facilities. On-site and remote options are available. The position offers production-based compensation with uncapped earning potential, malpractice coverage with tail, and a partnership track. Physicians have access to PACS equipment, IT support, scribe support, and AI software.

Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians. Partners receive financial transparency, local autonomy, career development opportunities, and participation in profit distributions and equity ownership. The practice is based at California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. The posted estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience; total compensation including partnership income may vary by site and may significantly exceed the stated range.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Current California state license preferred, or ability to obtain one.
