About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Diagnostic Radiology physician to provide coverage across all Emanate Health facilities. On-site and remote work options are available. The role offers production-based compensation with uncapped earning potential, malpractice coverage with tail, and a partnership track. Physicians have access to PACS equipment, IT support, scribe support, and AI software.

The position is based at Inter-Community Hospital in Covina, California, a 252-bed Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and ROSC facility with a 26% admit rate. The hospital specializes in cardiac care and has the only open-heart surgery program in the East San Gabriel Valley.

Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership offering autonomy, local control, financial transparency, profit distributions, equity ownership, and career development opportunities. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range. Part-time and per diem compensation is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Current California state license preferred, or ability to obtain one.
