About The Position

Join our award-winning team as a BC/BE Developmental Pediatrician. We are a physician-led and locally owned health system with a mission committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care. You will join a hospital-employed team within a state-of-the-art facility at the Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities in Meridian, ID. Practice within a collaborative co-management model alongside primary care and specialty providers. Work with a robust multidisciplinary team including a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, Mental Health Therapists, Care Coordinator, RNs, and PT/OT/Speech Therapists. Requirements

  • BC/BE in Specialty
  • MD/DO from accredited medical school
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
  • Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
  • Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System

Responsibilities

  • Practice within a collaborative co-management model alongside primary care and specialty providers
  • Work with a robust multidisciplinary team including a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, Mental Health Therapists, Care Coordinator, RNs, and PT/OT/Speech Therapists
  • Contribute to an expanding division meeting growing clinical and educational needs in the Boise area
  • Teach med students and residents
