About The Position
Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Classical Hematologist to join the Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. This role involves providing exceptional care, teaching opportunities, and engaging in educational and research initiatives. The position offers a unique practice design with virtual consult coverage and an innovative eConsult platform, allowing for some flexibility working from home. The physician will be part of a dedicated Classical Hematology Team, focusing solely on non-malignant hematology care. Ochsner MD Anderson is a leading oncology program in the Gulf South Region, with significant investment in facilities and technology, and a strong commitment to cancer research and treatment development.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Classical Hematologist
- Board certified or board eligible in hematology

- Providing teaching opportunities
