The Cardiologist will see patients in the outpatient clinic and perform procedures in KVH Hospital.

Requirements

• Completion of the appropriate License or Certification (MD/DO)
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Washington State License
• DEA
• NPI
