About The Position

Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara has an outstanding opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our growing Breast Surgery Department. This role offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, one of the region’s premier cancer care facilities. The position is a 100% breast surgery practice with no general surgery call or coverage required. It involves a collaborative, integrated care model with multidisciplinary specialists, participation in weekly breast tumor board conferences, and working alongside an established breast surgeon and dedicated clinic APC/navigation teams. Surgeries are performed at the state-of-the-art Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center. The oncology team includes Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, Breast Radiologists, and dedicated navigation, wellness, and patient support services.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
Fellowship training in Breast Surgery
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Interest in program growth and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

100% breast surgery practice
