About The Position

Physician Associate (PA) – Pain Management, Urgent Care & Wellness San Antonio, Texas Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Epic is a rapidly growing, patient-centered practice delivering comprehensive care across pain management, urgent care, and wellness services in Texas. We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Physician Associate (PA) to join our collaborative team in San Antonio, TX. Requirements

• Licensed Physician Associate in Texas
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong procedural skills and clinical decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, pain management, or primary care preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic pain conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across multiple service lines
• Perform procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, suturing, splinting, and abscess incision & drainage
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation (with scribe support)
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Stay current with clinical best practices
