About The Position

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team! This role offers a total earning potential of $200,000+, including a competitive base salary of $135,000–$150,000 with additional compensation through our performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles. The position involves providing a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model. Practice evidence-based medical care with on-demand access to a Physician. The company's mission is to deliver innovative, high-quality, convenient healthcare when patients need it, offering same-day, no-wait visits in urgent care, primary care, and specialty care.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
• Patient-facing employees receive all required vaccinations, including, but not limited to, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and all employees to receive COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Medical and religious exemptions or reasonable accommodations may apply.
