Physician Assistant (PA) – Sleep Medicine Location: Austin, Texas (Telemedicine and In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time About Frontier Sleep: Frontier Sleep is a leading healthcare provider specializing in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. Requirements
- Collaborate with attending physicians to provide clinical direction and leadership in the assessment and treatment of sleep-related conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive sleep consultations and follow-up visits via telemedicine and in person.
- Recommend and authorize prescriptions for appropriate sleep therapy. Must be open to all treatment modalities and options.
- Manage therapy compliance and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with physicians to improve clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and overall service quality.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews and peer reviews.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sleep medicine or a strong interest in specializing in this field.
- Ability to assess and treat patients of all ages, understanding lifespan development and sleep-related health concerns.
