About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking compassionate, motivated Physician Assistants to join our Wound Care Division, providing high-quality care directly to patients in home and facility-based settings. We offer multiple provider opportunities based on experience level, clinical background, and readiness for advanced wound care responsibilities. Requirements

  • Active Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered wound care in home and facility-based settings
  • Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
  • Assess patients and support treatment planning to improve healing outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment goals
  • Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
