Requirements

Active Physician Assistant (PA) license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in community-based care settings
Commitment to patient-centered care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered wound care in home and facility-based settings
Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
Assess patients and support treatment planning to improve healing outcomes
Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment goals
Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
