About The Position

The clinic has served the community for over two decades and is part of Praxis Health, a leading independent healthcare network. The Physician Assistant will join a small, experienced team consisting of two physicians and another PA, who are committed to mentoring a new colleague. The role offers a structured mentorship program, tailored onboarding, and opportunities for professional development through ThriveAP. The position emphasizes building long-term, continuity-based patient relationships in a small community setting.
Requirements
- Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active or eligible Oregon licensure
- Primary care focus
- New graduates and experienced providers considered
