About The Position

Praxis Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for their West Hills Family Care clinic in McMinnville, Oregon. This is a 100% outpatient primary care role within a certified Rural Health Clinic that has served the community for over two decades. The clinic is part of Praxis Health, a leading independent healthcare network in the Pacific Northwest. The new Physician Assistant will join a small, experienced team of two physicians and one PA who are committed to mentoring and developing a new colleague. The role offers a structured mentorship program, tailored onboarding, and opportunities for professional development through the ThriveAP program. The position emphasizes long-term, continuity-based patient relationships in a small community setting.

Requirements

Active or eligible Oregon licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
Focus on primary care.
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
Ability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Ability to regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
