Requirements
- Proven experience as a Physician Assistant in a related field
- Knowledgeable in the latest advancements in medical technology and orthopedic treatments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Orthopedics, Surgery, and Patient Evaluation
- Proficiency in treating and evaluating patients in both office and clinical settings
- Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures related to examinations, therapies, and recovery
- Surgical and clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, discussing symptoms and conducting comprehensive physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, lab tests) and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Assist physicians in the operating room, supporting both surgical and administrative tasks
- Treat minor injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and ensure comprehensive patient care
- Transcribe and maintain thorough records of all patient encounters, examinations, and treatment plans
- Communicate with patients on treatment progress, schedule follow-ups, and provide compassionate patient support
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient care and help patients return to their normal activities as quickly as possible
