About The Position

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center has an opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join their new Level II Trauma Team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves 12-hour shifts, from 7 AM to 7 PM, providing exceptional care to patients. The Level 2 Trauma Team is a multidisciplinary, dynamic team that delivers lifesaving treatment, stabilizes, and treats patients in critical condition. Responsibilities include a variety of clinic work, Trauma Emergency Department, Trauma Unit, and Trauma Surgery.

Requirements

• Must be a Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed.
• Assists physician with procedures.
• Serves as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
• Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
