Requirements
- State Licensed Physician Assistant
- Gastrointestinal experience preferred but not required (will provide training)
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
