CATS Academy Boston is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to lead the clinical operations of the school's on-campus health center. This is a full-time, 12-month position employed directly by CATS Academy Boston, with access to the full CATS employee benefits package. The PA will serve as the primary clinical provider on campus, working under the supervision of the contracted Medical Director and in close collaboration with the Medical Assistant and Medical Secretary/Administrative Coordinator. As CATS is a residential school, this role requires a flexible, service-oriented mindset and the ability to respond to the dynamic needs of a student community that lives on campus. Specific scheduling and on-call arrangements will be established in coordination with the Medical Director and school administration. This position reports to the Medical Director for clinical supervision; CATS Academy Boston administration for operational and employment matters. The PA also works closely with: Medical Assistant, Medical Secretary/Administrative Coordinator, school administration, residential life staff, and faculty.
